He was a great devotee with a pure heart. He had high regard for sadhus and sages. He had just worshipping when he came out and saw Baba at the entrance door. Since Mahalspati was devoted and pure of heart, he had immediately a very favorable opinion of Baba. Babas attire looked like of a Muslim Fakir. Brahmjnanis of the Fakir community are called SAI. Saints who reach the highest state in Hindu tradition are called Paramhamsa. That is why realizing that Baba was a great soul he accosted Him Saying, AAVO SAI. Sai also means Lord God and Master. Mahalspati being pure heart realized him as Master of the Universe, owner of theUniverse Hearing this address filled with devotion, Baba stoodthere smiling. Mahalspati Offered praised to Baba. Baba refused to take it and said that he just had it. Then the priest thought , I have offered to God , how did he eat The temple is small and I have been watching, I did nit notice you eating. Baba said, just now, you have it offered to me. You can not see Me eat. Baba,s amazing words and the radiance on His faceconfirmed that He was great and Mahalspati saluted Him again. Adjacent to thetemple, was a room where idols meant for the procession were kept. Since the room was vacant, he prompted Babato stay there. Mahalspati would give praised once in a while and Baba went for begging everyday. To Mahalspati and others who joined him, Baba would preach Vedanta. He said, I have mastery over all subjects. I have not studied Anything but I know everything. I never assume the body to be. indweller. Everything is contained in Me. Mahalspati was the poorest and most purest devotee of Baba who thought Baba was pure Gold in front of worldly treasure. AIsee preet Karo man mere Sadaa Raho tum Hari ke chere Sri SatChitAnand SatGuru Sri SaiNath MahaRaj Ki Jai Sri Sai arpanamastu. We will talk about how Baba took his children like Shama Kaka Dixit and others in His loving fold. My writings are small but Hari Anant Hari Katha Ananta. Lets drink this Amrit as much as we can. Pranam and Dhannyabad.
