Baba bestowed upon him certain divine visions and help him reach spiritual heights, thus making him like Himself. Once Baba was seated in a house and beckoned him to come in. While going in, a horrible looking form which resembled him, began to pulll him back. Baba furiously scolded the horrible form and it to go away. But, it did not leave. Baba became even more furious. He beat the wretched form black and blue. He took it to a burial ground and burnt it on a pyres. Kashinath was very surprised observing this. He asked,"what is this, Baba' Baba said, "this is the form of your sins." it is trying to draw you away from Me and sink you in ignorance. But, will I keep quiet I burnt it. Now you are released from all types of sins and are pure. Now there is nothing to fear." with this the vision ended. /sometime later he had another experience. He saw a form which resembled himself in a golden hue. He was shocked seeing this golden form and asked Baba,"what is this, Baba' Baba said,"This is the form of your meritorious deeds." Kashinath seed,"If the form that You burnt is that of sins and this is that of Merits, then who am I" Baba was pleased to listen to this question. He said,"You are the witness to those two beyond everything. You are unwavering, detached and pure. Not only this, you are what I am and I am what you are. There is no difference between both of us. There is lot to be accomplished by us. Without my telling you can comprehend everything. You will plant trees which will live for centuries together. These trees will become a refuge to sadhakas." Here trees means great souls. Baba declared that he ws the heir to His property. As predicted he became equal to Baba. He was later known as Upasini Baba. He gave up his mortal coil on the 24th of December, 1941 as Sakori, a village near Shirdi and merged in the supreme soul. Even today many devotees go and visit his samadhi, It is the opinion and belief of many devotees that a visit to Shirdi is not complete without visiting Sakori. Om Sri Sai Karm Vindhwasiney Naman Om Sri SaiRam Once baba manifested Himself in front of a person named Rao Saheb Galwanke and asked," What do you want" Rao Saaheb replied,"Baba I do not want anything other than LOVE. Bestow me with LOVE, that is enough." Baba said," Allright" and vanished. From then, he feeling of LOVE emerged from within and overflowed in him. Sai Prem Dey Shanti Dey Anand Dey Sai Prem Dey. Om Sri SaiRam Once when Ejabali Mohammed came to Baba, Baba asked him,"What do you want Ask me and I am ever ready to give you." He said, "Baba, I do not need anything. Just below me with FAITH in GOD. That is enough." Baba blessed hi saying, "ALLAH ACCHA KAREGA From then on true devotion and faith developed in him. Bhakti Apni Anpayani Dehu Sadaa SaiRam. Om Sri SaiRam Kaka Saheb Dixit came to Baba for the first time in 1909. During the very first anshan Dixit's mind was captivated by Baba. After that he visitedBaba very often. He had a building constructed in Shirdi in 1911. This is known as Dixit wade. He allotted a separate room on the top of the building forDHYANA AND JAPA. Rest of the rooms were given to the devotees. Though he was a lawyer as a profession, he lost all interest in his prate. His mind was engaged in thoughts of the divine with Baba's GRACE. Hari Seetharam Dixit was known to all as Kaka Dixit. After some days Baba told him," Kaka, till I give you further instructions remain in your room all alone. Do not mingle with people. Do not come even to Dwarkamayi, which is full of people, without My permission. If you have faith Me, follow what I say without hesitation." Dixit followed Baba's command with devotion and began to stay in the room on top of the terrace of his wade. He wanted to attend the afternoon aarti at Dwarkamayi and night aarti at Chavadi. He requested Baba to give permission for the same through Shyama. Baba agreed to it. Some days passed in this manner. Meanwhile his wife who was at Vileparle age to Shirddi. As women were not supposed to goon to the terrance, she sent word to him through someone that she had arrived. As he was not supposed to come down without Baba's permission, he sent Shyama to obtain permission from Baba. Baba said, "Kaka should remain thee on the terrace. He should not come down it I say so." Mrs. Dixit stayed for two days and went to Baba before leaving. Baba told her,"Do not worry about your husband. Alll the responsibilities of Dixit are Mine now>" Dixits relatives thought the he had fallen into Baba's trap. Baba made him read the Marathi commentary on the eleventh chapter of Bhagwat. This is called Harivarada. As Dixit loved music, he would do bharat in the evening and night. Nine months passed in this manner.. Later Baba summoned him and ordered,"Kaka, now you can go to Bombay or any other place as you wish." During this period Dixid developed a great deal of spirituality.
