There have been ups and downs since she has graduated as far as her focus and attention on the job. It is with great effort that we get these opportunities and the onus is her to keep up the performance and there by impress her manager. For the first time, she has been put under real test to perform consistently and show genuine interest and perseverance. I know it must be hard on her, but it is also time now to get real. We as parents are getting old slowly but surely and time window to get her going is also getting shorter. So, the time for trial and error is dwindling down. Causes immense anxiety and nervousness to us every week. Baba, you are aware of everything that is going on in our lives minute by minute. Time and again we have reposed our blind faith in you for you are everything that we know. We believe in you blindly Baba as you have always shown us a way out. You have given us the strength and courage to face the situation. You have provided us with new ideas and a path forward. You have given us the fearless attitude. Please help her again Baba to focus on what is required of her on the job and be good at it. Generate some interest so that she develops some emotional maturity and a sense of responsibility.
